EU and international returns

Returns for International items:

For items purchased online outside of the UK and outside of the EU, you can return them within 21 days of your order being dispatched for a refund.
For items purchased online outside of the UK but within the EU, you can return them within 21 days from the date of purchase for a refund.

Important Notes:

When returning items internationally, declare them as "unwanted returns" for customs to avoid import duty charges passed on to you during the refund or exchange.
Shipping charges on overseas orders are non-refundable, but this doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Cancelled International Orders:

If you cancel an international order after shipping, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. Contact your courier if you're unsure about the process.

If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, we'll happily give you a full refund (excluding original postage costs, unless the item is faulty).
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item in its original, unworn condition with tags and labels.
When returning footwear, please make sure to protect the shoebox with an additional outer packaging layer. The shoebox is considered part of the product, and any damage to it may result in the return being declined.
Refunds, once the item is shipped back to our registered offices and has passed through our quality control process, may take up to 7 working days to reach your account. Please note that this timeline does not include bank holidays and holidays.
Once we have received the package and are satisfied with its condition, you will receive an email notification to the email address used for the purchase, confirming that your refund is being processed.

A £10 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover postage and packaging costs, regardless of the initial free delivery, if the return causes the total spend to fall below £100. This fee accounts for both shipping to and from the customer, as well as packaging materials. To initiate a return, simply use our Evri drop-off system by completing the form via the link provided above.
