You have 14 days from receiving your order to send it back to us. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Start Your Return
Once your return is created, you'll receive a QR code. Simply take your parcel to your local Evri drop-off point — no printer needed.
Important Information
- A £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund once a return is created
- This fee applies once a label is generated, even if not used
- All returns are fully tracked
Returning Without the Portal
You can return your item using your own courier. Please include your order number, name, and return details inside the parcel.
