In-Store Returns
Purchases made in-store are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in the same condition they left the store, with all original tags attached and proof of purchase. Receipts are sent to customers by email or text at the time of purchase. You will be given the option to provide your details at the till so we can issue your digital receipt. If you choose not to provide these details, we may be unable to process a return without another valid form of proof of purchase. If you attempted to return an item within the 14-day period but found the store closed or our opening hours differed from those advertised, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into this for you.
