Return conditions

Timeline

14 working days from the date you receive your order. This applies to UK and international orders.

Condition

Item must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging. Damaged or worn items cannot be accepted for return.

Your responsibility

Ship the item directly back to us. UK customers: return shipping is not covered. International customers: you are responsible for return shipping costs and the return process.

How long does a refund take?

    We receive your return

    Once your item arrives, we'll inspect it and verify the condition. Time: Immediate receipt.

    We initiate the refund

    We take up to 5 working days to inspect and process your return.

    You get confirmation

    You'll receive an email confirming we've accepted your return and are initiating the refund.

    Refund processes

    Once initiated, the refund takes up to 5 working days to process in our system.

    Money returns to your account

    Your payment provider can take up to 7 working days to show the refund, depending on your bank or payment method.

Total expected timeframe: 12–24 working days from the date we receive your return.

  • Refund amount excludes original shipping costs.
  • If we do not receive your return, we cannot initiate a refund.
  • The timeline begins when we receive your package, not when you send it.
